The Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium attach a lot of importance to the quality of the services they offer. However, if you do have a comment relating to the museums you can let us know . We shall do everything possible to avoid similar complaints in the future.

If you are unhappy with the way your complaint was dealt with in first instance, you are welcome to approach the Federal Ombudsman, Hertogsstraat 43, 1000 Brussels.
