Wim Delvoye - film shoot

Published on 15.05.2019

In July, the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium will act as an exceptional "setting" for the shooting of a film inspired by a (living!) work of art by Wim Delvoye.

"The Man Who Sold His Skin" brings together actors like Monica Belluci, Koen De Bouw and... Wim Delvoye himself. The ambitious scope of the movie addresses the world of contemporary art and the refugee crisis. The film will be screened internationally, in cinemas and festivals.

A film by the French-Tunisian director Kaouther Ben Hania, produced by Tanit Films (France) and Cinetele Films (Tunisia), and co-produced by Kwassa Films (Belgium).
